To reset the brake pad sensor on a BMW 3-Series E46 (2000–2006) E90/E91 (2006–2012) F30/F31 (2012–2019) G20 (2019–Present), follow these steps:

Turn on the Ignition: Insert the key and turn on the ignition without starting the engine. In push-button models, press the Start button without pressing the brake pedal.
